2000 Ford EB 22,030 miles

Original owner. Ford EB, E-250, 5.4 L, V8 Triton.
Asking: $24,500 Mileage: 22,030
No dents, never in accidents
ID: 1FDNS24L4YHB32073
For slide show: http://s1344.photobucket.com/user/Tai13 ... 2000%20SMB

Based on experiences during our tent and fold-down camping days, we ordered this SMB with emphasis on storage space, flexibility, quick take-down, minimum moving parts and stand up anytime (thus Cruiser top, height: 6’ 5”, no need to bend over). In less than 15 minutes or less we are on our way heading for next destination. It also has the following features:

4 cu. ft. refrigerator
Propane furnace and stove (2-burner)
Mircowave
A/C Starcool III
Attic Fan with 3 speeds
10-gal fresh water tank, sink, grey tank
TV Antenna – concealed, signal booster
Day/Night shades throughout
Carpet floor
Sofa Bed and Upper Bed, sleeps 4 seats 5
Slide-out pantry for easy access and storage
Open space in rear for storage or other usage
Two tables can be set up for meals and for study
Lighting throughout with 3 flexible reading lights
Aluminum running boards
Trailer receiver hitch (10,000 lb), brake and light control wiring
3 drawers, 10 storage cabinets (or as 7 cabinets and 2 wardrobe cabinets)
and more …

Mechanically perfect. No known leaks in any systems, including roof, engine, cooling, fresh water, propane systems. Undercoating and rust protected by Ziebart after purchase.

Tires - only been driven less than 1,500 miles since replaced new in late 2010.
Starting battery replaced July, 2012.
New extra/deep-cycle batteries (two), May, 2013.

Very low mileage. Most of the 22,000 miles took place in the first five years when we took it to places such as Pike Peak, Colorado; Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada; San Antonio, Texas; Arcadia National Park, Maine. We even parked it on streets in New York City and Montreal (Canada). We had in mind to take our Sportsmobile everywhere, esp. after we are retired. Things have turned out differently. Ever since my wife’s parents’ health started to go down, she has been using all of her vacation times to be with them, flying between St. Louis and Hong Kong. In the last few years, all we could do was taking short trips to camp grounds on weekends only, and this really is not our original intention in getting our SMB. Now that we are considering moving back to Southeast Asia, we really should pass this nice, well-maintained, clean recreation vehicle to a new owner who can enjoy it!
