Re: 2002 EB 4x4 - 7.3 Diesel

Nice van, good price.... but I don't see the Ford idle control unit. Mines a 6x6 inch grey box attached to the dog house. Where'd you mount yours?

The interior pics are from a couple months back when I first got the van. I'll grab some updated pics this evening, but the APCM is mounted on the doghouse.

Check out this link to see my other pics:

And in this one you can see where I ended up putting the APCM. I've since made a bracket that attaches it solid.

Pics coming this evening.

Also, not sure if anyone is really wanting this thing or not, but if you do, give me a shout. Reason being, is that if I miss my window of opportunity I fully plan on keeping this van and building it up!

What is the investment opportunity? Is it good enough for OPM?

As you can see, it's in great shape overall. There are the usual nicks/scratches in the paint, but nothing that sticks out. Most of the little nicks have been touched up using a paint pen.

Also, there is ZERO rust on this van. The undercarriage is very clean and easy to work on (no frozen bolts, clumps of mud..ect.)

I'm in So Cal as well. Been looking for ages. I'd buy this in a minute if it were closer. Looks great.

If flying out and driving back isn't an option, I've used a good local shipper before. Just an option, and you can figure on ~$0.65 per loaded mile. To SoCal you'd be looking at ~$1,100 or so.
