2002 Ford E-350 EB 4x4 CCV

It is with mixed emotions that we have decided to sell our family adventure van. We had great plans to take this all over North, Central, and South America and we built it knowing we were going to keep it forever. With some current life changes, we have decided to let it go.

Here are the details:

-2002 Ford E-350 Extended Body w/ RV up-fitter package
-146k miles
-5.4l V-8
-4R100 Automatic tranny
-Completely rebuilt and beefed up at about 102k miles
-Power tinted windows
-Power door locks w/ keyless entry
-Front and Rear A/C and heat
-6 leather captains chairs (rear 4 with quick release)
-Husky Liners floor mats
-Tow package w/ trailer brake controller
-Ford Super Duty towing mirrors
-Ujoint Off Road 4x4 4” conversion (Completed around 102k miles)
-Bilstein 5100 shocks
-Dana 60 front axle 4.10 gears w/ Superwinch locking hubs (2004 Ford Super-Duty)
-Dana 60 Full Float axle 4.10 gears rear w/ limited slip (1999 Ford E-350)
-Wheel adaptors to 8x170
-NV271 Transfer Case (2004 Ford Super-Duty)
-Firestone 5k pound air bags (floating)
-Hellwig rear sway bar
-RedHead steering gear box
-285/75R16 BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires about 95%
-16x8 Level 8 wheels
-Warn fender flares
-Aluminess rear tire carrier with full size spare
-Rear ladder for roof access
-Colorado Camper Van Pop Top w/ electric lift
-Triple wall insulated canvas
-Quiet Ride insulation in top
-Fantastic Fan
-Extra vent pre-wired for A/C
-4 piece removable bed section
-6 Led interior roof lights
-Remote lift controller
-Roof rack rails for use with Thule or Yakima feet
-ARB 2500 awning
-Monstaliner on rocker panels
-Ujoint Off Road aluminum winch bumper w/ 2” receiver
-15.5k pound Smittybilt winch
-Quiet Ride insulation in doors and dog house
-IKEA window shades on big windows
-Conversion van shades on door windows
-Kenwood CD player with USB and Aux inputs
-Kenwood 6x9 speakers all the way around
-5 Star Tuning tuner with 5 custom tunes
-Also corrected speedometer

The bad:
-Cruise Control stopped working recently and I haven’t had a chance to look at it

Included with the sale but not installed:
-2 frame mounted factory Ford battery boxes
-*Bamboo flooring for van floor
-Jumper cables that plug into Warn power plug under front bumper
-Pop out window for 60 side door

The van runs and shifts great. With the intent of keeping it forever, I made sure to keep up on maintenance and fix any problems that came up. I have most records on the van since owning it. I would not hesitate to drive this van around the world as it sits.

I have run synthetic in everything since owning the van. (purchased van at 94k miles)

Feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to accurately describe this beast! It is such a great family road trip and adventure vehicle. We had intentions of stripping out the interior and doing a build out on it, but haven’t gotten around to it.

$32k

Located in Boise, ID

Cheers,

Dan

That’s a really nice rig and an amazing price. Unjoint conversion alone would easily cost that much with all the hardware you added. I think you could and should get considerably more. Good luck with the sale, but you won’t need it.

Nice rig, I think it’s priced just about right at 32K considering there’s no interior build out but everything else is there, and most likely just trying to get what he put into it-Kudos! Someone might even want this as is to haul the family around in comfort. GLWS

I too think thats an impressive set-up for someone that wants to complete the interior build to suit their needs.

Any idea what the distance is from the rear to the back of the seats? Could you build a bed platform with drawers underneath that slide out the back? That would be a cool way to build in a kitchen

Dang, sorry I to see you selling Dan

I’ve seen this van in person and can attest it’s a nice one. We’re always looking for it when we go see the wife’s parents. Will suck not seeing it anymore...

I have the little plug replacement deal that goes bad on a lot of the vans that keeps the cc from working. I ordered it for our van and it ended up being a different issue. Easy to tell if that’s the problem by jumping the plug on the master cylinder. I’m taking off for a week here in a few hours, but I’ll leave it with the wife in case you want it. She will be right by your place a lot while I’m gone and can drop it off easily. If someone buys the rig from out of town it would be nice for the cc to work
