• Starcool house AC no longer functional – though in-cabin pieces (evap, blower etc) are still there (vehicle AC works fine and blows very cold)

Upsizing. Class A gasser (Bounder 35k?)

My younger daughter and I have had some great adventures in the SMB (my mother as well) but my wife - who has never been on any of the trips - wants things like an indoor shower, flushing toilet, and we have two dogs now. My younger daughter doesn't want me to sell it....

I also noticed that while I did drive on some great trails/roads with it (including some non-public roads with search and rescue) most of the places we actually overnight camped were accessible by "regular" RVs.

I'll probably tow my 99 XJ (4" lift etc). The way I figure it, camp somewhere with amenities, and do off-road day trips in the XJ.

Definitely makes sense given how you used the SMB. RVs are very comfy and if it gets the entire family out that might be a good thing....or it might not depending on how sressful that turns out to be lol.

Your van should make a great rig for the next owner. Good luck.
