2004 Chevy G3500 Cargo 4x4 Quigley. Hi Mi, project or build? runs great!

I Bought this van with the intention of using it as a cargo van.

My neighbor died and his family offered his house to us.
We bought it. Hence this ad.

I am looking to recover some funds to remodel and build up reserves for our multiple mortgages.

2004 Chevy Express G3500, 6.0, Runs great, no leaks, no surprises, rusty rockers, crank windows, not to many options. 251K

I have recently driven it 1,000 miles. using it for my business.
will be using it this week for a few trips to my warehouse and then its available.

I installed new rear brakes and went through it. didn't need anything else.
I am going to install new tires soon, but will sell it as is. tread is down to 15% and front are slightly cupped. (noisy)

I am putting this out there as a feeler for anyone interested in a project or in need of a cheap quigley.

PM me for a contact # I am an honest seller and prefer to undersell.

I am only listing this quigley on the SMB forum for now, if I don't get much interest I will throw it up on Craigslist next week or so.

Looking to get my money back asking $4995 firm at this point.
Yes you can drive it anywhere. but its a cargo and no sound deadening.
