2005 E350 Hightop SMB

We have decided to list our 2005 Ford Sportsmobile E350 van for sale. We have owned the van for a year and a half. During that time we have taken the van on several adventures. We traveled from our old home in Oklahoma to visit Colorado, Utah and Arizona. We recently moved to St. George, Utah so our need for a long distance travel machine has diminished greatly. We are likely going to replace it with a toyhauler since we are no longer traveling 15+ hours.
Our van is a fixed roof hightop. It is powered by a 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel engine. The van runs flawlessly and I have every receipt for every service throughout its entire life. The original order sheet and window sticker are included in the folder as well.
The Build:
The original order sheet shows that the person who ordered this van made some changes to the layout. The van has two gaucho beds. They can either be left as two separate beds, or they can slide together to make one larger mattress. The van is equipped with a 20 gallon fresh water system. It also has a Thetford flushing toilet and black tank.
6.0 Powerstroke Diesel 100% stock. It has never been modified from its original state
164,835 miles
Toyo AT3 265/75r16 on American Racing Baja 16x8 wheels. Installed at 152,000 miles.
I have always used fully synthetic oil and ONLY Ford Motorcraft filters.
New OEM complete turbocharger was installed at 160,000 miles
The van has a StarCool AC system that uses the van compressor while driving. It also has a 110V compressor that allows the van to have AC while on Shore power or Generator power.
12v Dometic Fridge
BattleBorn 100ah lithium battery.
Intellipower 9100 convertor with charge wizard
Diesel heater. Uses the fuel from the van’s fuel tank so there is no extra fuel needed to keep the van warm in the winter. We have camped in 17F weather and kept the roof vent cracked so we wouldn’t be too warm. This heater works very well and uses very little power.
I will be happy to answer all questions and take any additional pictures or videos on request. I may be willing to travel to assist with delivery depending on the circumstances.
I have a free and clear title in my name.
This is a great van and will be sorely missed.

Asking price $30,000 obo

I'm not sure why the pictures are sideways. I've tried to correct them several times to no avail. I would be happy to send any interested parties as many pictures or videos as desired. Thanks!

Unfortunately that's a very common problem when posting pictures on this site. Try to resize the original picture before you attach it to your post. It doesn't take much, any change to the size will typically resolve the issue. GLWS.
