2005 RB50 in Colorado Springs, 92k miles, $79k OBO

**edit: images posted, more available at link below**

OCONUS move forcing sale of our beloved "Vinnie VanGoGo", a 2005 converted RB50 floor plan. 2005 Ford E350 4x4, 6.0 PSD (not bulletproofed and doesn't need it), 92k miles. Very good (but not perfect) condition, well maintained. Truck is in Colorado Springs.

We purchased in early 2019, believe we are 4th owner, have good service history and records. Truck previously owned in CA, then ID, then Aurora CO, then we bought it and made it's new home in Colorado Springs CO. Clear title in our name.

There are a thousand details but here are the big items:
  • Converted (new) in 2005, E350 chassis, 4x4, Atlas II, leaf sprung, 40+ gallon diesel fuel tank, on board propane (currently 2/3 full)
  • RB 50 floor plan, seats 5, sleeps 4 (or more if kids are small)
  • Power top/penthouse
  • Fiamma awning
  • Aluminess front and rear armor
  • 2 Swing outs: spare tire and cargo box
  • Rampage headlights
  • All blinds, privacy screens, and shades present and functional
  • JVC head unit plays DVDs (not BluRay) on drop down screen, all speakers upgraded and subwoofer under rear bench
  • Pretty much all original; propane furnace, propane hot water heater, sink, porta-potti, transom shower out back doors, fridge, no burners (we preferred this as we don’t cook inside to keep the van clean)
  • Yakima box included (it’s fiddly but does the job for camp chairs, etc)
  • PS front seat swivels 180*, DS is fixed, both in good shape under seat covers (think it’s leather)
  • 12,000 lb winch is installed but not wired
  • ScanGuage2 programmed to monitor vitals
  • Solar kit (200W) that came with it, not installed
  • Interior is in good to excellent condition with exception of some water damage to rear cabinetry (below the storage deck) that’s only visible when you open the ambulance doors
  • Exterior has minor cosmetic wear and tear but paint/body overall very good
  • chassis has surface corrosion/dirt, not structural
  • Sportsmobile factory binder
with original documentation and owner manual(s)
During our ownership:
  • Regular/annual maintenance at my preferred diesel shop in Castle Rock, CO (oil/filters, fuel filters, coolant flush), have receipts
  • 2019: 4 x new BFG KO2s (about 15k miles now, 5th/spare is an older tire for emergency use only, not a 5-tire rotation)
  • 2019: new house battery (AGM 4D)
  • 2020: new FICM (power side) from BPD (not the upgraded one, just a stock replacement) and new Garrett Turbo (truck sat more than it should under prior owner so, Turbo vanes began to bind)
  • 2021: new alternator (bearing seized on original, I replaced with a 200A unit from DC power

Detailed online photo albums and videos for review. Happy to video-chat or photograph details, happier to host you in person to see. Best to text/call at 719.fiveoneoh.9zero8four. I'm David.

Interested

Hi there, I'd love to hear a little bit more about the van. If it's still available. Message me and I'll send you my number if you'd like to have a quick chat. We are pretty close by in Denver.
