2006 E350 Diesel 4 Link Coilover Swap CCV Pop Top - Whats it worth?

Hey Guys,

Long time lurker on here but have built up a pretty awesome 4x4 camper van that I have had for a few years now. Did tons of research on this awesome site to make it!

I am going to be listing it up for sale soon, probably going to put it on Bring A Trailer, but wanted to see what yall thought was a reasonable price on it for the reserve.

2006 E350 Chateau spec, 188k miles

6.0 Diesel, engine pulled when bought and fully bulletproofed, 8k dollars of work

Southern owned church van, zero rust, in Reno now was Houston
Timberline built 4 Link 4x4 Conversion with 2016 F250 axles front and rear
King coilovers up front, custom rear leaf pack with bag over axle free floating helper bags, rear E-locker works from Ford axle
4.30 gears on 37" tires

Solar, house battery, onboard air, UJoint rear bumper tire carrier, etc.
CCV pop top with every option, Fantastic Fan, load bars, solar prep, etc

Massive list of things done to it, but that's the basics.

What do yall think? Probably one of the best riding 4x4 Ford E Class vans out there.

Obviously full for sale ad will have massive amount of pictures, fully detailed, extensive mod list, etc. ABS works still.

Add up everything you have into it and add what you want to make if any and list it wherever you can. The market will determine the price. It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. I guess we are going into RV season but it's a brutal market right now. Things are selling, but prices are not what they were 2-3 years ago. People are hanging on to their cash.

honestly I'd guess around $30-35k if it's in great shape...any camper amenities beyond the pop top? Fridge, stove, heater, inverter/charger, sink, shower, etc...? Those would help, but it looks like a passenger van otherwise and that's probably least desirable to have all the windows for a camper especially if camping in cold weather

The van looks like it has an interesting combination of features. I can see it as a winter family ski rig (but why pay the extra 15K for the pop-top?). Or I could see it as a camper, but asWillTheThri11 mentioned, the additional windows and lack of build out are missing.

A quick guess as to what it may be worth to a purchaser:

Van with bulletproofed 6.0 = $12K?
4X4 Conversion = $15K?
CC Pop-Top = $15K?
Other goodies = $5K?

Total = $47K?

But it's still a passenger van with a pop-top = -$10K?

Crystal ball says $37K?

Tend to agree on price but I don't agree the windows are a hindrance especially for young families. I like seeing out my windows especially in National parks where it can be cold in the winter. You don't have to step outside in the cold to enjoy the view. There are numerous ways to cheaply eliminate the fish bowl feeling, black out tint and window blocks. For alittle more blanks can be installed which gives you something to hang accessories on like skis snowboards without climbing on the roof!

How tall is the lift? Looks higher than most of the other timberline vans I've seen.
