2006 SMB EWB 4x4 40.000 miles 6.0 EGR and Head Bolts done

Hello everyone,
The wife and I have decided To go into a different direction. So Betty is for sale.
Yes I bought this van only 6 months ago and yes you may have seen it on here before. But that is old news..
Here is the history.
the van was bought new in Phoenix AZ. it was then sent to SMB West for the up grades. I have all of that paperwork.
It was left 2wd. the owner got to old to drive it and he sold it to the dude I bought it from.
This guy had the 4X4 installed with ARB lockers and the lift, as well as the EGR Delete and Head bolts redone. he also installed a larger Turbo.. Yes I have all paperwork. It even has Granite counter tops. This was all done in the last year. At some point SMB West replaced the top and this one is rhino lined color matched. (almost). The roof rack and ladder are also Aluminess
Since I bought it.
I replaced all the bushings and control arms in the front, chasing a wobble problem, before finding out it was the dual stabilizer shocks, one was bent and would pull to one side or the other.. Note to self look there first!!! I did find worn out bushings so it wasn't all in vain. any way problem solved.
It came with a frig but I pulled it opting for the space and a yeti instead.
I installed the front and rear Aluminess bumpers with the square light holes and Rigid lights just a few months ago. I think they were the first ones sold with the Square holes looks great.
I put the rims and tires on 6000 miles ago. and have put 10.000 miles on it in the 6mo.
Like i said it runs great and I have had no issues.
It has all the inverters and gizmos SMB installs as well as. It does not have a diesel heating system but I have the propane line T'ed and a nice heater that goes with. It has a sink and 10gallon water tank and that is electric. and I installed it.
I asking $70,000
Thanks for looking.
