Depends on the severity of the leak. Like I said, I would think the $15k-$20k range gets it sold.

You really will not gain much traction on a Sale until you supply some pic's so others know what they are getting into. Granted, you don't have to but then you'll be faced with having to contend with sending each inquiry the same info & pic's anyway...save yourself some aggravation.
