I think that you are drinking a little too much wine. That is a very fair price. The year has nothing to do with lowering the value. Look at the build quality and a low mileage 4x4 diesel. Wow, super deal for someone. I would be shocked if it weren't already sold.

FWIW, I think it's a little high on price. F/R lockers add to the price IMO, but minimal F/R bumpers takes away from the price.

If I were buying, I'd go in with a $50K offer, and try to settle in-between the the asking price and the offer.
