Thanks to all for your views and suggestions, much appreciated. This is helpful, as I’m not in a tremendous hurry to sell I will take a few interior photos to add to post when we are ready to pull the trigger.
Based on pricing feedback and suggestions and questions received over the past week, am drafting a stand alone "for sale" ad to post shortly. Came to the conclusion (which may have been blindingly obvious to others) that I might as well list now as this may take a while. Please bear with me...new to this.
