I am the fortunate owner of a great sportsmobile that I bought two years ago from stkine through this forum. We’ve loved the van and taken great care of her, but I just want a little more comfort and privacy than a porta-potty! We are about to take delivery on a new EarthCruiser TerraNova and are starting to think about helping “Nellie” get to her next home. Rather than re-invent the wheel I’ve taken the liberty of pasting in most of the details from the original listing below.
Would greatly appreciate thoughts from this august group on value in today’s market.
Updates/Upgrades over the last two years:
Mileage: approximately 122k, mostly highway (two cross country trips and a few VA-ME and VA to NC trips). No serious off-roading, mostly overnight camping on trips.
Location: North Idaho
—120,000 mile service, including replacing A/C and Charge Air Cooler (CAC) tubes ($4500 - late 2021)
—New turbocharger ($2900 - Late 2021)
—New Toyo opencountry tires with about 5k on them (we ran over a falling tree and popped a tire)
—New Pioneer radio with backup camera
—New Edge CST-3 engine monitor (very cool)
—diligently changed oil and oil filters and performed routine maintenance

IMO, Seems that prices hit their highs late last summer and may be moderating a little right now. If it were my van, I’d list it for 10-12k more than you paid and see what happens.

Thanks to all for your views and suggestions, much appreciated. This is helpful, as I’m not in a tremendous hurry to sell I will take a few interior photos to add to post when we are ready to pull the trigger.

I’ve gotten quite a few requests for more pictures. Am replying to the other questions by PM. Thanks so much for the robust response from knowledgeable and considerate forum members— and to twoxentrix for explaining how to get pictures to post right-way up.
