Conversion almost complete, great base vehicle with only 133k miles and a new Factory transmission installed by dealer.

Comfortably sleeps 4 adults with an upper bunk and a rear pull-out bench

Priced to sell at less than the cost of converting (without any cost for the van). Finish the interior yourself and flip for profit or have the best value in a SMB on the road.

Here’s what’s been done (best of everything)

New Ford tranny

Weldtech “Baja grocery getter package” 6 “ lift - they offer tons of options. We bought them all at a cost of $9k and the handling improved radically

Fender flares

Aluminess storage box, 2 ladders and spare tire carrier

Custom fabricated plate steel off-road bumper with integrated heavy duty hitch and spare tire delete with armor plate making a huge storage area for a water tank (my plan, fill valve installed, water pump included)

2 frame mounted 100Ah AGM batteries connected to a top of the line inverter with options for charging off the alternator, from shore power (110v) or solar. Will power lighting, fridge and freezer (included) for a long weekend. Haven’t run out of power yet.

Front windshield and window curtain

Front seats rotate to face rear for camping

Rhino lined insulated flooring with vinyl in the rear, new carpet in the front

Apple Car play stereo for navigation and back up camera

A bit noisy still as interior needs to be finished. It’s the fun, inexpensive part that’s left. Company bought me a new vehicle and I need to downsize the fleet. Many interior panels included. Rail mounted propane tank with SMB access door included

I’m sure there’s a ton more that I’m missing. Please call with questions. Van is in North San Diego County.

$21k

Thanks!

Looks like a interior gutted GTRV Westy to me. Very nicely built low profile fiberglass pop top.
