It's a window film with holes in it so you can see throughfromthe inside out. It is backed with sticky material; You peel off the back paper then apply it on the window then trim. Takes ten minutes and is way easier than real tint. Blocks a lot of heat and light. It comes in white and print shops often will print on it and use to apply to buses or for car wraps Etc. you can purchase it on eBay; Amazon or from sign supply companies.
