Edit: Forgot to add that this van has a Ravelco security system with two keys.
Too many projects, this one must go. It's not a project really, it's a perfectly usable camper van. I had planned to add a sink, stove, fridge and heater and make this a more complete camper van but I'm listing the van as is.
2010 AWD Chevy
- 72,000 miles
- ZERO rust, very clean body and chassis. Bought new in Portland Oregon,
spent a few years there, then Arizona and now Tennessee.
- Top and rear doors were resprayed professionally a couple years ago. Original
owner I bought if from was very meticulous
- Interior by Van Specialties
- Suspension upgrades by Boulder Offroad
- Fiberine top (6' standup height)
- Aluminess bumpers, boxes, etc.
Recent upgrades include:
- Pop out rear windows
- Rear camera
- OBA (on board air compressor) mounted in rear bumper for airing tires or
cleaning
- 12k remote controlled winch, synthetic line
- New Maxxair remote controlled roof vent
- Lagun adjustable table
- Tow mirrors
- House fuse panel
- Big AGM dual purpose battery(marine starting/deep cell)
- CRL awning window in box ready to be installed, will fit on R behind slider
door beside bed or behind driver/driver's side
Mechanically the van is perfect:
- Very low mileage on BFG KO2's
- All fluids recently replaced, records included
- Ice cold air, hot heat
- 5.3l Vortec V8 gets about 16-17 mpg
- Trucklite headlights (HUGE upgrade from stock)
- Boulder Off Road rear sway bar and Bilsteins with 2" lift make this van drive
really nice, on and off road. Best riding van I've ever had.
- Factory tow package
Interior of van includes:
- Basic buildout by Van Specialties includes bed platform and closet
- Platform is raised enough for large Rubbermaid style totes underneath. LOTS
of storage in this van considering under bed, closet and over bed and front
seats
- Froli bed system included, mattress negotiable. We currently have an Exped
Megamat in the van but would prefer to keep. Negotiable.
- Fiberine fixed top upholstered nicely with LED overheads. No set up. Pull
over and camp is made.
- Deep storage over front seats and rear bed platform.
- Heavy insulation in floor, walls and ceiling
- Insulated window covers for all windows, homemade but nice
- Swivel passenger seat
- Lagun adjustable table
- The counter top and was thrown together pretty quickly by me for a trip and
the fuse panel/distribution block for camper is temporarily mounted. Ideally
this van will go to someone ready and willing to finish it to their liking,
however it is perfectly usable as is
- Plenty of USB/power point charge points in cab
Exterior upgrades include:
- Aluminess front and rear bumpers (light and strong)
- Dual swingarms on rear with lockable galley box and lockable Rotopax storage
for water and fuel. Rotopax included, 4 two gallon fuel and 2 two gallon water
- Shovel and axe included, including lockable mount
- Lockable storage in front and rear bumpers
- Professional bed liner sprayed on lowers of van. Looks great, works great
