Thanks guys,
I set it up with the intention of modifying the floor plan at some point. I used heavy duty aluminum military bins to enclose the water heater and furnace because they are very sturdy and light weight but it would be easy to remove the bins and build out more traditional cabinets if someone prefers. The bins that make up the bench seat are just held in place with the seat bracket bolts and are easily removable. I use them for storage. Both the water heater and furnace are enclosed under the sink, the house battery and water pump are located in the bin directly to the front of the sink which covers the wheel well.
