2019 Chevy Express Quigley 4x4 Passenger Van - 18k miles, CCV Pop-Top, $62.5K, CA

Helping a friend/client sell his Chevy 4x4 van that is in excellent condition. Would make an awesome rig for a family as-is (has three rows of bench seats with seatbelts) or it could be a sweet blank slate to do a full build-out. Unmolested - only aftermarket work is the quigley 4x4 conversion and Colorado Camper Vans high roof/pop top (both done by the manufacturers).

I’ll provide as many details as possible below. Feel free to DM or post with questions. Located in Santa Cruz, CA (within 1.5hrs of SF and San Jose airports). Local pickup is preferred, but we may be able to work out delivery for a fee. Seller is a friend of mine that lives nearby - I’ll be handling all initial questions and will connect you directly with him if/when there are serious discussions about purchase (no scams/funny business here). I’m more familiar with the Ford E-Series vans, so if you have chevy-specific questions, I may need some guidance on where I can find the information.

Asking price: $62.5k - listing here and on ExpoPortal before going to the masses via craigslist/FB marketplace. Clean title, registered in OR (located in CA).

Details:
2019 Chevy Express 3500, long wheelbase, passenger van (12 seatbelts, including driver). 18k miles.
Quigley 4x4 conversion with high/low gearing. Converted to 4x4 straight from the factory. I am reaching out to Quigley to get a build sheet from the 4x4 conversion… happy to provide that once I receive it.
Full GM RPO code below (can be searched here to find build code details): 1GAZGPFG6K1245441,2019,CG33706,02,19,08,WNWX0P, AG1 AK5 AS5 AXW C6Y C60 DE5 DRJ EF7 FHS GAZ GU6 G80 I19 JH6 KG4 L96 MAH MYD NE1 NUK QB5 U0H V8D WEN WMK X88 ZLP ZW9 ZX5 1LT 6AM 7AM 93G 93I,8624,,,,

18,165 miles (will go up, as it is driven)
V8, 6L Engine
6spd automatic 6L90 transmission
3.42 Axle Gear Ratio, limited slip rear
9,600 GVWR
Brand new 265/75/16 tires (1 size up from stock, which is 245/75/16)
Passenger van, so it has 3x rows of bench seats with belts (3-3-4 seats). Rear two bench seats are in great condition in storage (not currently in the van).
Slider door with pop-out window, also has pop-out windows on rear doors
Fiama F45S Manual awning (did not take this out in photos as it was super windy)

Colorado Camper High-top/Pop-top roof:
Cost ~$20k from what I was told. Has 6x dimmable lights, 12v power to rear bed area, electric actuators (raise from closed to open in ~1 minute), windows all around with zippable bug screens, clear windows, and insulated vinyl. Pop-top interior is fully carpeted. The top is super spacious - I’m 6’ and I have ~6” of space between the top of my head and the ceiling when seated on the bed with the top popped.

Overall condition:
Interior: good throughout, nothing that you wouldn’t expect to see in a vehicle that is used regularly (note that it was not detailed before the photos were taken, so you’ll see dirt on the floor, etc). Rear plastics have some minor scratches/marks from normal wear and tear. Same with front seats. Nothing broken, cracked, or ripped that I saw. OEM protective plastic cover on rear carpet is still installed.
Exterior: paint is in great condition, no scratches or pinstriping. Only visible damage from my perspective is a small-ish dent on the rear, dr-side door, below the window (shown in pictures). Undercarriage is in good condition - super clean outside of some surface rust on the front-end (see photos).

Bumping this back to the top before it gets posted to fb marketplace/craigslist locally! This is a sweet starter rig for a family or somebody looking to do a ground-up build.

Bumping this back up as this rig is still for sale - my friend/client just took it on a ~4k mile trip over the past month and it performed flawlessly, sleeping a total of 5 (!) people - two/three in the pop-top and another two/three down below with the two rear bench seats removed and a simple mattress on the floor.

Asking price is negotiable - dipping down towards the upper $50k range right now.

Crazy how little interest this thread has gotten... this seems like a really good deal considering the low mileage and newish van, quigley conversion, and CCV top!

I too am pretty surprised... not often that you find an unmolested van like this. My personal sense is that the overall van market has dried up significantly over the past 6 months. I'm seeing things sit on the for sale sites (and on local streets) for months.

Its sitting because its priced too high.

I got a Ford E350 Diesel with the same top and a Timberline 4x4 and more work done to it for $50k. More miles, but way more stuff and a diesel to boot.

Values are all over the map and really depend on what a specific buyer wants. Some might look at this rig and believe the "value" isn't there because it doesn't have an interior build out, beefy bumpers or 35" tires. Others however will see this as a blank canvas with some very desirable and expensive mods already done, now ready for a highly personalized build.

I agree that the market has softened a bit of late though which is leaving some sellers holding longer than in the past few years.

Values do range wildly on these types of vehicles... from what I've come across in researching similar vehicles, this one is priced decently fairly. At the end of the day... the owner is open to offers

Van is SOLD as of this weekend.

Interesting story on the purchaser... it ended up selling to somebody who runs a forestry company out of Medford, OR (they do work all over the west). Apparently low mileage, 4x4 passenger vans are impossible to find and factory orders are taking nearly 2yrs.

It was almost sad to hear him say that he plans to remove the super nice CCV pop-top and weld on a reinforced roof/roof basket. He said his crews will likely put 100k miles on it over the next year! From a different perspective, it certainly will be put to good use.

SO if anybody is in the market for a great deal on a high-roof, high-rise Colorado Campervan Pop-top (for chevy extended wheelbase) - reach out and I'll connect you with the buyer. I advised him that it was worth a pretty penny to the right person... but I'm afraid they won't be super careful when removing it... which could make it a hassle to re-install.

Also - if anybody knows of any <100k mile, 4x4 passenger vans... send them my way. He was itching to buy multiple additional vans.
