My 05 RB50 came with a third Capt's seat the original owner had installed for his son. My dog prefers the couch. The seat is just filling space in my shop. The seat is in good shape with some minor wear that you can see in the photos. The seat tilts and swivels. It can be removed easily for more space.
It includes the seat, base, bolts, washers, lock nuts, and the seat belt. The only part still attached to my van is a link for the shoulder harness and if you can talk me through removing the upholstered portion keeping me from the bolt securing it you can have that too, and I'll stop running into it when I climb in the back. I'd like $250 plus shipping from Rapid City SD. The whole package weighs in around 70lbs. If you're not in a hurry and near Colorado I'll be going to Carbondale in early Nov and we can meet somewhere.
That's a great deal for the seat and base. I paid about that just for the base when I installed my third seat a few months ago. Your QR base looks to be the same as mine, and it attaches very securely but removes easily.
Be aware that it can be nearly impossible to source the one seatbelt part that is attached to the wall. I bought my seat used, with the belt mounted to the seat but without the stationary part, and the manufacturer refused to sell the piece to me because of liability.
not sure if that will fit for driver seat.
but if I buy a certain van in Maine, I will be passing through your neck of the woods and can pick it up along the way.
