I have sent you a PM and yes I'm 30 min away in Rockport.
However I'm going to pull myself out of the buying of this Van.
Here's why. I would only be buying it to flip. Which means your price is to low. You should ask for more $$. But that is your call. I don't want to stand in the way of someone on the forum getting a good deal just so I can make a few bucks.
