After market fuel tanks for gas engines

Hello everyone again,
Another question looking to locate a larger size fuel tank for gas engine 5.4 2006 Quigley?
I have only found tanks for Diesel fuel.
Thank you very much, Joe Futrmobl

Give Agile Offroad a call. They only have a diesel tank but they might know where to go for a gaser.

I believe that Agile uses the diesel tanks for gas vans.

Caution: California emissions testing will not look kindly on a tank replacement that is not CARB approved - IF the emissions testing facility catches it the vehicle will fail the test. This is why SMB gets big $$ for their Transfer Flow tank and its CARB approval sticker.

Caution when selling the vehicle is also in order if the new owner registers the vehicle in an emission testing locality. I have found that California inspections are actually far less thorough than some other states/locals. If the new owner is not aware of the fuel tank change and gets a big surprise when registering, issues will arise.

Just a heads up / eyes open.

I don't know what Sportsmobile charges for a Transfer Flow tank, but you can but them directly or through an aftermarket dealer (I know Quadvan stocks and installs them) and they typically run in the ~$1000 or so range, maybe up to $1500 for certain vehicles, not counting installation.

Are you 100% sure you can buy a Transfer Flow Econoline Tank Direct or aftermarket? Last time I checked QuadVan wanted close to $3k. The “46” gal tank that replaces the stock tank is proprietary design to SMB and QuadVan.
