Looks like a WaterPORT 3.8gal- is that correct? Love ours - very convenient. We keep ours in the van & when at a camp site we take it out for easy access - or hang it from the top rung of our Aluminess ladder (had a bracket made specifically for that purpose).
Its a great accessory!

do you remember if this had standard 150lb swing arm or the 200lb "bike rack" swing arm?

It is not a stock aluminess swing arm, just the bumper. I have only ever had about 75 pounds in the box.
