RSE Side Steps

I just received and installed the RSE steps on my 2002 Traverse to modern surf van project. Although they weren't technically making them anymore, they did make me a set. Im super happy with the build quality and although the install can be a little tricky, theyre a great solution, IMO

Are you willing to share how much they cost you? Also how are they for getting out of the barn door?

AMP modification update

After multiple calls and conversations with AMP directly and their supplier who does the actual step extrusions, both are completely unwilling to help with providing steps of the appropriate length..., (The longest AMP will provide is 85”). We need 96” for our vans to run the full distance from from to rear wheel... very disappointing and I’m certainly not impressed with either company (I’m in the aluminum extrusion business and know how incredibly easy it would be to simply push out a couple sections at the needed length, they just won’t do it). Consequently, I will be splicing/welding sections together now... will update forum when finished!

sorry to derail here but....

Can you private message me your contact info? I've been looking for an extrusion vendor for a few product ideas I want to develop.

Any update? Did you figure out how to get the Amp steps to mount to the van? What model of steps did you get, what is the vehicle the steps are intended for?

I still need to do this if I can find the right steps.
