I don't need this kit ---
--- but I'm curious, for anyone who's considering it (and is local, and could get their van TO the Agile shop....) ----
Question: Can the Agile guys install it in a van for someone?
(Or, perhaps more correctly --- would they?)
Since the kit is sitting there with them...and they took it out....and they know those vans as well as anyone in the industry....wonder if they'd bolt it in for someone at reasonable price. (I'm sure their staff is plenty busy doing a long waiting list of their high-dollar TTB 4x4 jobs, however.....)
Just a thought.
Still seems like it would be a good deal!

They are doing me a solid and just keeping it there since I'm on the road 90% of the time. John told me the REALLY don't want to install it. I don't think it's a hard no but I know he really would prefer not to haha. There are two shops within a mile that he is suggesting Weldtec and Offroad Warehouse so just a quick stop to scoop the parts and get them on.
Who knows with enough begging/beer anything could happen though

Can't believe no one has picked this up yet. $1800 is a great deal.

I already have Camburg's kit on my van, but a friend of mine is kicking around the idea. Does this come with the knuckles/front brakes? If so, is it 5, or 8 lug? What year/model was this installed on? Are the rear springs just OEM, or ?

It's covered in the beginning of the thread/add - Check profile for year of van… looks like this is what you get
Bent Ibeams
Uniball radius arms
Coils
Bilstein 5100 front shocks
Bilstein 5100 rear shocks
Rear Blocks and Ubolts
Limit straps
Brackets and hardware included

Yes, I read that, but that didn't answer my questions.

If I was local I'd probably be all over this! A good deal. Maybe I should do a roadtrip to SoCal.
What year van was it pulled off of? I would assume the kits are different for 2008+ Econolines than previous years?

As per original post, no. You use your own van's axles/hubs/brakes/etc with the Camburg kit.

Camburg sells the same kit for 97-14, so I don't think it matters. But it might, so good question.

Hey TheLetterJ,
Here's a tech page Camburg's offical website that lists specs (and photos) of what you get with these Baja lift kits.
https://camburg.com/shop/suspension/...rformance-kit/
It appears that you re-use your current (original) leaf springs in the rear, and get your additional rear lift by simply using lift-blocks. (Similar to what the Action-Van lifts do for the rear.)
So you wouldn't be getting any "new" leaf springs in this kit.....yep, yours stay put.
Also, from what I understand (and read at Camburg's website), these lifts all re-use your current brakes/spindles/knuckles. (They simply swap them over to the new, spec-bent-for-camber-correction set of I-beams included with the kit.)
Brake swaps/upgrades don't appear to be a part of any of their lift kits (at least as a standard item, anyway.) Seller doesn't indicate he's selling any of those components in his listing either.....
