Can't find these parts!

Hey guys

I'm going crazy! For quite some time I'm looking for some parts and can't find them. Perhaps anyone can help me?!?

Van info:
- 2006 E350 Extended SD
- 40/60 doors on the side
- regular hinged rear doors

1. 40 door/ bottom latch
After reading this thread I learned the vocabulary and I eventually need the bottom latch of my 40 door.
https://www.sportsmobileforum.com/fo...ads-12324.html

As indicated with the professionally drawn arrow, the "hook" of the latch closes in, when closing the door. But it doesn't seem to stay in place. When the door is fully locked and in the right place I can pull on the bottom of the door and move it about an inch out. I can see the hook moving and turning back.

--> So I'm looking to replace the whole latch at the bottom. Anyone has a part number/ link or similar for me?

2. Weatherstrip/ Seals
I also want to replace my weatherstrip/ seals on the doors. Over the years in my baby's previous life the weatherstrip worked it's way through the paint and is now squeeking around. So I plan to repaint all contact areas + add new strips.

BUT: I can find them! I find the regular strips that you can buy on a roll, but not the ones that have these nice little corner moulded on...

Can someone help me here?

I'm specifically looking for the 40 and the 60 side door seals as well as both rear ones.

Check your local ford dealer. all of those parts are very available. the lower latch may not be needed, but rather an adjustment of your striker; Loosen the torx bolts, pull striker plate out a touch, them retighten. You may need to do it a few times to get it right.
