Vandiesel- actually pretty easy.

The most significant hurdle will be the canvas. After the canvas is hung and the securing strips are attached, the excess canvas is cut away. For install on a new (different) van there is now no excess canvas to allow easy positioning. It can be done but it is certainly harder than starting with a new canvas.

Everything else should be pretty straight forward. The stock roof sheet metal will probably need to be cut wider / more the than the SMB cut out.

With a forklift in a shop me and 3 friends installed a ccv top in 4 hours minus the canvas part. Ray is right though, reinstalling the trimmed canvas will be a challenge.

We talked on the phone about it last year. I'm still a player, and can do the meet up in CO like we discussed as well.
