Cummins 6bt 95 E350 4x4 project for sale Or trade for clean 12v truck

I have a 2wd 1995 E350, re-powered with a freshly rebuilt inter-cooled 1991 cummins 6bt, VE pump, H1C turbo, in front of a smooth shifting NV4500, 5th gear fixed. Rebuilt 3.54 D60 Free floater rear end. The undercarriage is spotless and it runs and pulls strong. I towed 15000 lbs combined at 15 mpg 75 mph and I had it up over 90 mph towing a lifted 8k toyhauler and the egt's got cooler the faster I went. Good balance of fuel/turbo. High 20's mpg unloaded hand calculated 28 mpg on a 1500 mile trip as the van cruises 65 mph at 1800 rpm 75 mph 2200 rpm. It has less than 5K miles on the rebuild and is just starting to get broken in. New rings, bearings, gaskets, oil pump from mumaudiesel.com, delta cam, vac pump, borgeson high volume PS pump, rebuilt injectors by Lee Jesse @ contagiousdiesel, Valve job, AC compressor/condenser blower and alternator. Solid aluminum rims fitted with new Michelin LTX M/S2 Tires.
Also a 88 F350 D60 kingpin front axle needing brakes, gears look good and a HE351 turbo needing bearings which the wheels and housing's are good.

The only reason I'm selling, is it wont fit in my garage and I'm down sizing since I sold my toy-hauler. I'd prefer someone local who can come and look and make a offer. I would consider a trade on a clean 12v 4x4 5 speed cummins truck which fits under a 7' door.

For anyone who has ever dreamt about owning a bug out Zombie Apocalypse van which could run on waste oil and no battery, here is your chance. I'm asking $11K.

Thanks.

Garage
cool build!

had a buddy with one of those old 12 valve trucks. i walked out the shop one day to find him pouring the tranny fluid I had just removed from a car into his fuel tank. I asked wtf he was doing and he chucked and said he was "recycling". that dude poured every oil based fluid he could get his hands on into that fuel tank. truck just kept going and going.

Thanks guys.. I added some links to the first post. Its a beast.

I hate the thought of selling it after all the work and everything Iv gone through. Iv even considered buying a new smaller house (Im single now) with taller garage but cant find one. Or a bagged TTB suspension.. lol

I just have to be realistic and admit that I should have bought a cummins truck that fits my garage.

What bugs me the most about it, is that it does have some roof gutter body work that needs some attention since it was from Florida.
If it doesn't sell, I will buy some junk steel rims with no tires and roll it into the garage and keep working on it this winter.

Shifter is right behind the dog house through the floor. 1st and 2nd are close to your thigh but I like how the shifter is out of the way when moving from the back of the van to the front seats.

That thing is so awesome. I recently sold a 12v cummins pickup truck, short bed quad cab 4x4. It was my favorite truck ever. I only sold it due to growing family. This van is the perfect starting point.

Thanks c7train.

I like it allot also, and Iv never had such satisfaction after rebuilding it and towing 15K to the top of colorado after it caught on fire and blew the head gasket the first time out.

I just picked up a junk set of wheels so I will air them down and get the van back in the garage this winter for the roof rail/gutter repair it needs.. Then next year maybe the D60. But I keep wondering about a bagged TTB.. Could I lower it enough with airbags to clear a 7' door?

Nice van. Was this van originally a diesel?
