Depreciation of SMB's ?

Thanks everyone,
This is my summation on this experience...I got the loan from USAA for 48k to buy the thing and paid the rest out of pocket, then I went through them to insure it, they use USAA/Progressive RV Insurance. I was able to get an 'Agreed Value' policy for 75k. Go figure.
It worked out just fine for us because we had saved a good amount for the purchase, but it is a little odd I think that one side of the house values it for 50k and the other side of the house insures it for 75k. Oh well, I pick it up this weekend and we are stoked ! Gonna be an exciting Spring, Summer and Fall !

Logically, it should just be a matter of "what is it worth." Realistically, one camp is thinking, "if things go south, what do we know we can get out of this thing." Meanwhile, the other camp is thinking, "if we have to replace this thing, how much is it gonna cost us?"
