Drivers window and powered mechanism
Looking to upgrade to a powered window? Just smashed your window?
I've got you covered! $50, local pickup for obvious reasons.
Sorry about terrible pictures!

FYI...
If your van doesn't already have powered windows this is NOT a bolt in. (ask me how I know)

Motoidiot, can it be modified to work if we don't have power windows? If not do you know of a solution?

If you did a stand alone installation (only the driver door, wired to a single control, etc) it may work.
What I found however is that if you have dreams of swapping in "powered" doors for the windows and door locks that you need not only the doors but the whole wiring harness. Not impossible, but MUCH more work than I was prepared to do for the small gain in convenience.
As always, YMMV...

Wagons should come with the full wiring harness. Its the rest of the vans don't have it. You could also just run a 4 strand wire between the two sides, without worry about touching the vans wiring other than a power source.

FWIW - you can also order a wiring harness from Velvac. The connectors won't match the Ford mirrors, but it's easy enough to swap pins and makes the wiring pretty straightforward.
