Express AWD Van For Sale

I'm selling my AWD Express van,
2007 69,xxx miles, 5.3l, 4spd auto, factory AWD, G80 rear locker

Good condition clean van. Garage kept since I purchased it at 50,000mi.

8 passenger van, power windows, power locks, keyless entry(2sets or keys), power heated mirrors, cruise control, tilt wheel. Factory rubber floor. Aftermarket radio. Interior is in good condition, seat covers on front seats. 2nd bench (pictured) 3rd rear bench (not pictured but included) is rarely installed and stored in heated basement. I usually have camping and bike gear in the back. We roll out a futon mattress for camping.

Aftermarket wheels with Cooper AT3 265/75-16 E tires with 10,000mi on them. Also includes stock wheels with nearly new tires(245/75-16)

Topper mfg. full roof rack. The vans paint is protected from the rack by rubber mounts. I hoist the rack off the van every winter so I can keep the roof clean. These racks are hot dipped in zinc and last forever. I also coated it in black rubberized truck bed coating.
ARB 2500 8' awning. I think it's 8'x 8'.
15 gallon home built solar shower. Works great for a long weekend of remote camping. Also works great for a bike wash.
Rear hitch used for bike rack or hitch hauler. I have never towed a trailer with the van.

No known problems.
No rust, except a few spots on the front bumper.
Paint is good but not perfect. Dark blue shows small chips and some small scratches, mostly around the door handles.
Interior is clean, seats look new. The hard plastic walls have a few scratches and scuffs.
No factory rear air/heat. This has never been an issue for us. Also no rear curtain airbags. I looked for this specifically because I planned to install a CCV or sportsmobile pop top and they would be in the way.
This is a great van and I hate to sell it. But it's time for the next project.
