Extended E350 for sale - 2014 model

Due to ill health, we are selling our 2014 van (last year that they made the E-Series!)

• Asking $95,000
• Original owner; 64,000 miles; located in Youngstown, Ohio
• Built by Sportsmobile North in Indiana
• Always garaged
• V10 with trailer tow package (never towed anything) and extra heavy duty 224-amp alternator
• User defined switches – we never used them
• See attached sticker for all OEM details

• Quigley 4x4 including low range 4 wheel drive and rear stabilizer bar (Hellwig) – Easily drives at 75 mph with no shimmy, faster if you don’t pay attention!

• Sportsmobile Power Penthouse – canvas in great shape
• Upgraded flooring and insulation
• Prewired for portable solar – just plug in Zamp Solar (Panel not included)
• Passenger seat swivel
• Thule Roof Rack with canoe gunwale brackets and Yakima Showboat Roller System – we toted an 80 pound canoe on top with no problem
• Bushwacker Fender Flares

• Dinette converts to single bed, has seatbelts for two (sideways facing, not forward-facing)
• Rear platform hinged for easy access to underneath storage from interior. See photos. Can also be used for sleeping downstairs. If we needed stealth, one slept on the bed converted from the dinette and one slept on the forward part of the platform on a Thermarest mattress.
• Norcold 3.6 cf AC/DC Refrigerator
• Removable Engel Portable 22 qt AC/DC fridge-freezer (we always carried frozen meals, keeps 0-5 degree temperature very well)
• Water tank inside (10 gallon), gray water tank underneath, also has city water hookup
• Pull out pantry
• No propane or toilet - we wanted to keep it simple! Never cooked inside, and used a portable wag bag toilet in a separate popup tent if needed. (Not included unless you want it!)

• 2 - 100 amp Lifeline AGM batteries, installed June 2021
• New starter batteries in 2021
• 2000 watt Magnum pure sine inverter/charger
• Magnum Energy Remote Control Monitor (known issue: the state of charge never worked properly (and Sportsmobile North was unable to fix it (!), we just go by the voltage display which does work)
• Replaced Sure Power Battery Separator August 2021
• Shore power cord (30 amp) and water hose included

Contact me if interested.

Interesting layout. I’ve never seen that combo. What was the idea behind the rear platform?

we wanted room to carry lots of gear. seems like lots of layouts are great for living in a van, but we prefer to be outside at the campsite. so we have a screen house and a dining fly, life jackets, fishing gear, snorkel gear, backpacking gear, fold up camp kitchen, etc.

we kept our food box and shoe box in the storage space closest to the dinette. just lift the lid and everything is right there. we also never used the table between the dinette seats since we had the platform right next to us that we could use for eating or card games. used plastic drawers across the rear of the platform (bungied down) for clothes.

Nice rig, The Magnum Remote would need the additional Magnum BMK to monitor the SOC correctly. There are a couple of threads on the forum where SMB (specifically Indiana ) wired them up wrong. The Shunt to battery connection needs to be the only connection to the house battery, all other connections need to be on the load side of the shunt, The other possible issue would have been the polarity reading the shunt.
