I'm getting to old to get in and out of a lifted SMB or to climb up into the Penthouse bed. Plus, the days of driving alone 100 miles on a rough, dirt road are also in the past since I no longer have the strength to lift the heavy tires should I get a flat. It's time for a small RV or condo-camping. Sad to say!

I completely understand. Did you sell your Chaser?

Yes. I sold the Chaser last month. Now I have a lot of camping gear I have to get rid of but our HOA doesn't allow yard sales. Guess we will be donating it all to the local thrift store.

FOR SALE, 2002 Ford E-250, R50, Sportsmobile, $45,000

Mac, been a while.....howdy!!
A new motor?
I would imagine it was difficult to come to the decision to sell, but it sounds like you’ll at least be moving into something more comfortable to continue exploring. GLWS....you’ve got a nice, clean rig that’s well appointed and been taken care of, shouldn’t take too long to find a deserving new owner. You could always post up your unwanted camping gear here.....

Any warranty on the motor? When I did a new one it was 3 year unlimited mileage. That was a huge selling point!

If anyone is wondering: We had a full-price offer on our van less than 24 hours after posting it for sale. I had four other people who were interested in buying it. The first buyer fell through. The second buyer bought it immediately for the full price.
