FOR SALE: 2002 Ford E250 Sportsmobile - $35,500 o.b.o.

2nd adult owner. 8cyl Extended wheelbase model. White with grey cloth interior with grey sheepskin seat covers, power windows, locks, cruise control, A/C, power mirrors, automatic transmission, front AND rear trailer hitches,

This is my 2nd Sportsmobile and they are built to last. Each van is customer built when ordered from the factory. This particular van has the RB • 50 plan in an “EB” van layout. This layout is similar to the old Volkswagen Westfalia layout.

Check out the layout at:

https://sportsmobile.com/standard-plans-info/

I bought this vehicle in March of 2014 from the original owner. The original owner and his wife had it custom built and then they drove it around the U.S. and up to Alaska. I purchased the vehicle in March of 2014 with 88,200 miles on it. It currently has 105,000 miles.

I have all of the records from the previous owner and all of the records of what I have done to it. It has always been maintained and has NO issues. The van is in excellent condition and has received regular oil and filter changes, along with dealership checkups at manufacturers recommended service intervals. I would have no hesitation driving it across country today!

Since I have owned it, I had new tires and rims installed, a front end mask from Sportsmobile, bullet metal grill and that’s it. It really hasn’t needed anything.

The van comes turn key ready. Meaning when you buy it, you can immediately take it camping as it will come with all the plates, silverware, towels and furnishings. You just need to bring your own bedding and food.

The registration tags are paid through March of 2020.

Smog certificate and pink slip in hand. Ready to sell.

It’s had been a great camper van for me and I’m only selling it as I want to buy a trailer.

Call me with any questions.

Thanks! It's been a great camper and I hate to leave the Sportsmobile brand as they truly are #1 at building awesome campers.

Nice looking, wish we were not so far away (North Carolina)so we could take a look. We are just starting to explore different possibilities and were looking for a Pleasureway traverse or other van with the poptop with this floor plan. Do you get wind noise from this type of top? We have owned 2 Roadtreks, ready for something smaller. Thanks for sharing photos and story
