For Sale: 2010 Ford e350 XLT RB 50 2WD V10 -$49,500

For sale 2010 Ford E350 XLT 2WD with RB 50 layout, converted by Sportsmobile West in 2011
I am the 3rd owner, originally a California van, it has been in New York for the last 6 years. Always garaged, has never seen snow or salt. No rust. I bought the van in early 2020, love it dearly and it has served our family well the last 4 years. Unfortunately, we’re too busy with other things this year to realistically use it much, so its time to find a new family to enjoy it. The van is located in the Rochester, NY area. Clean title in hand. Asking $49,500.
6.8L V10 gas engine with 67,xxx miles
No known mechanical issues, serviced regularly at Ford dealership with all recommended services, most recently April 2024. Fall 2023: replaced tires, house battery, repainted pop top roof.
Typical RB 50 layout with convertible bench seat and pop top penthouse beds, sleeps 4: 2 above and 2 below.
Penthouse bed is in 2 removable pieces, allowing for full standing height throughout the back of the van.
Swiveling driver and passenger seats
10 gallon fresh water with sink and grey water tank under van
Refrigerator which works extremely well
210 ah 4D AGM battery housed under the van *replaced fall 2023*. Charge via shore power, while driving off alternator (blue sea automatic charging relay) or with Zamp portable solar panel. There is an inverter/converter as well for 12v/110v power.
Microwave (removed in photos, but comes with van)
Porta-potty (never used)
Velcro bug screens for rear and side doors and slip over screens for front windows. Sun shields for front windows and windshield
Aluminess rear bumper mounted spare tire swing arm, undervan storage in place of spare tire
Aluminess driver side ladder
Rhino-rack t-track mounted heavy duty roof rack
Fiama awning with center support
Bushwhacker fender flares
New Toyo backcountry AT tires fall 2023, <5,000 miles

Look up Bring a trailer.com...its an auction site that has a Sportsmobile from time to time...its (roughly, last time I checked) a $250 cost for pictures, but the BUYER pays the commission/finders fee to the company. You can sell with or without a reserve/minimum purchase price...the auction format would get you a lot more looks and maybe even more money if you get a few bidding against each other...nice looking rig, good luck

I like the BaT strategy, but I'd wait until the spring/early summer to list it if that's a feasible option.

There are also several Facebook Van groups that will get you a lot of visibility.
