FOR SALE: 5 Toyo Open Country M/T 35 X 12.50R X 17LT

I have for sale 5 of the above tires. 4 of them have 2823 miles, and the 5th is the spare which has never been on the ground. I bought them on May 13th, and drove to my cabin in British Columbia where they spent 2 months inside my shop. I drove home yesterday, and they will sit until I dismount them and sell them to one of you guys for a good deal.
I paid $389.00 apiece for them, and will sell them as a set (5) for $1250.00, you pick up or pay for shipping.

Bill

P.S. These tires are load range E

Bill,

We're heading up to Sechelt on Monday for a week. I was going to send you a PM, but I guess I missed ya.

Good luck with the tires. Why are you selling?

Brent

Re: FOR SALE: 5 Toyo Open Country M/T 35 X 12.50R X 17LT

We told a friend who is a realtor that we might be interested in selling our cottage in "two or three years". and put what we considered was an outrageous price on it. Of course, the first guy that came along a week later bought it. Two weeks later we're back in California without a cottage. Go figure. If we'd been desperate to sell, the thing would have lingered on the market for years.
I'm selling the tires because, unlike the vast majority of the guys on the FORUM who are enamored of them, I find them noisy and I don't care for the way the handle on the road.
They have never been in the dirt but the reason I bought them in the first place was the wonderful sidewall protection.
I'm going back to the B.F.G.'s that I've had such great service from for years.

Yeah, the real estate market up here is crazy. "Outrageous" is relative, I guess.
