Ford E350 4x4, V10 Motor, $24,500 obo (Boulder, CO)

Up for sale is my 2000 model year Ford E350 custom 4x4 van with the hard to find 6.8L V10 motor.

Looking for something that will truly get you out to the middle of nowhere and back, look no further.

The van is an absolute beast in the snow and dirt. Plus it can haul a family of four and a trailer.

This van has driven from coast to coast and many areas in between including Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee and the White Rim Trail in Moab. Earlier this year I drove it out to San Diego and back for a week of camping.

So much customization has gone into this high end build. I know I'm missing some things but going off what I remember here is the build:
The van started off as a 12 passenger Chateau model E350 which in itself is pretty rare. The Chateau models are the upper scale passenger models.
As it currently sits, there are four captainís chairs with a blank canvas in the back (the back is carpeted).

AC and heat both front and back with separate controls for the second row.
Back in 2019 at approx. 190k miles the van was converted to a 4x4 by 2nd Hand Vans in Florida using the Expo Vans conversion. This included Fox 2.0 shocks, a 6" lift, adding 1 ton axles front and rear, and a front differential for both four wheel high and low, front passenger swivel seat, and power adapter for the second row seats.

I bought the van in 2021 at 200k miles from the owner of 2nd Hand Vans who had been using it as his personal family hauler. Since owning this van I have worked with UJoint Offroad Colorado to continue to improve it. I added an OX rear locker, Alcan custom rear leaf springs, 35Ē KO2 tires on Method wheels, steel braided brake lines, Dual steering stabilizer with Fox shocks, Upgraded rear brake setup from UJoint, Upgraded brake pads from Hawk, RedArc brake controller, American Backroad Company front bumper, WeldTec custom roof rack, Aluminess rear tire swing out and side ladder, Vantage Optics headlights and front turn signals, Kenwood stereo deck with speakers, Backup camera, Fender flares, Optima battery (added last year), Ravelco anti-theft system, and rear airbags for towing.

At 230k miles I started getting the dreaded Triton engine plug popping. So, I rebuilt the heads with steel inserts and decided to rebuild the motor at the same time. I went with larger Ford Motorsport fuel injectors, flat head pistons, shorty headers, added an oil catch can, and had the van custom tuned by Finish Line Automotive and Performance in Denver, CO.
The van now has approx. 246k miles and is running strong.

This van currently needs nothing but a few things to point out Ė at some point in its life (didnít happen on my watch) the van had a bondo repair on the driver side. The bondo is cracking which you can see from one of the photos. There is a subwoofer in the second row but it stopped working on my way back from San Diego. The rest of the speakers are a year old and sound great making me realize the powered sub really wasnít necessary anyway. This van has been amazing and Iíve literally seen the country with it. However itís now time to let someone else enjoy it.

This van is located in Boulder, Colorado.
