Ford E350 Clubwagon conversion

Cheap camper alternative (not a Sportsmobile). It's located in Oregon. $2800.

1998 Ford E350 Clubwagen, was a 15 passenger van. This van has the sliding side door. The van has been converted into a usable camper with the rear seats removed and a custom bench / bed placed behind the drivers seat. It has an auto page alarm system and auto start package installed (great for the winter), and all windows are tinted dark. Also has curtains for all windows, including windshield for full privacy. The bed and curtains are made of an expensive stain resistant fabric. It also has some other added storage compartments, but is very usable as a work vehicle, or camper (especially for any mountain biking, climbing, surfing or ski road trips).

It is a V8 5.4 litre gas engine.

Power windows
Power doors
Remote doors
AC Front and Rear (fixed and recharged recently)
Duel air bags
Cruise Control
Front cloth seats with arm rests
All windows are tinted dark for privacy and security
Alarm System (includes two remotes)
Auto Start

Has a 2000w power inverter installed, plus a deep cycle battery all wired as a house battery to run it. Never get a flat battery for starting!
2" hitch receiver, wired for towing
Brackets for bike attachment on rear door
Ladder on rear door
Hoop steps by front drivers and passenger doors

Included set of snow chains (used once) and a set of 4 spare rims to mount snow tires on.

The van is in good condition overall and runs great. It has 181,000 miles on it, been looked after and still runs great. Front brakes just done with new rotors and calipers ($800), AC system redone and recharged recently, new shocks all around, good tread on all 4 tires and spare. It has a few scuffs and dents but nothing major. Does have a cracked windshield, but I have not replaced due to the same winter roads next season.
