I’ve not seen another SMB with this configuration. It has a full height hot/cold shower closet that also serves as a location for the porta pottie. There is an immense amount of storage both in lower cabinets, slide out pantry, above the living space and under the floor. The condition of the interior, exterior and equipment is amazing for a van of this age. It is obvious this rig was lightly camped in. The engine burns no oil, has no leaks and runs strong. Excellent maintenance record from the last 10 years.

Often, when we see a rig for sale with exceptionally low miles we're concerned it wasn't driven enough to keep it in top mechanical shape. FWIW - I wanted to add a little background to the description of this van. It was owned by the same guy for the last 10 years (that's the extent of the maintenance record I have). During that time it was driven a total of 10K miles. Here's what work was done to it during that time:

New Alternator
Front brake rotors, calipers and hoses
Front wheel bearings
Spark Plugs
Serpentine Belt
Fuel pump, tank hoses and fuel filter
Power steering flush
Coolant flush
4 Oil Changes

On top of that I've had the valve covers off in search of a concerning rattle and found one of the valve covers had come apart. They've been replaced with aluminum covers. Everything else in there looks clean and squared away.
