Heavy galvanized running boards/ and a drivers seat from '06

I have the very heavy galvanized running boards, they need some mods to fit a 4x4, as the forward mount hit the transfer case support. An easy, although toxic repair. $100 for both.
The drive seat was pulled at 25k, and replaced with an air ride. The seat is perfect. It's the wide soft type if that means anything to you. $65 on the seat. Any trade offers considered. Will send pics on request, but both are perfect condition. And no base with the seat.

As always, some idea of your location might be helpful.

I might be interested in the seat if it is Gray Cloth and depending on where you are located. Thanks...

Doh! My location is irrelevant to me. In other words, OrangenCounty, ca. Thanks!

I am in OC as well, and am interested in the seat, so long as it is not vinyl. Cloth I hope?

Do you have a pic of the running boards? Are they full length both sides?

The seat is vinyl, I guess, I thought it was leather? The running boards are full length.
