Thumbs up Help with value

Hi All, my kids are looking to buy a 2003 E350 SMB EB 7.3 diesel. 290,000 miles RB50 Quigley. Leather interior, diesel heater, electric WH and diesel stove. Agile RIP kit with fox shocks, electric pop top, new 285/75 16 BFG K2’s. DanFoss Air, 200AH battery, 12,000 Warn winch, steel aftermarket bumpers and rear box. 45 gallon tank and under floor storage. Above average shape, runs and drives great. Miles which are 95% hwy asking $40,000. Give me your thoughts on this the miles are throwing me off. One owner bought it new from SMB

Pics would help. I wouldn't be afraid of a 290k 7.3 but $40k? That sounds a little high to me.

I'd offer $32,500 and see what the counter offer is.
I wouldn't hesitate with the mileage IF the current owner can show you all the continuous maintenance paperwork.

well, figure it'd sell for $65-70k if it had 100,000 or so miles.. so is $30k discount good for an extra 200,000 miles? Probably, that buys a lot of maintenance.

I think that price is in the ballpark, and will probably sell near there.

2000 7.3 with 309k for $38k:

2002 7.3 with 323k for $45k:
