This is still in works. Backed-up with spring break and managing completion of other work on the van.

I’d definitely be interested. Everything but the windshield and front windows

I am very interested. I have a passenger van, EB, so it would be great to have these all the way around! They look awesome.

I like all the windows in my EB passenger van, but we lose all our heat out of them when cold weather camping! I'm following along to see what you come up with for cost and construction.

I'm interested for sure. Would want windshield, cab doors rear doors, sliding side door and the forward drivers side passenger window opposite the sliding door for a 2000 E150 passenger RB. Not in a big hurry either. Plenty of other things to spend my money on in fhe meantime but window covers would be welcome for sure.

I almost pulled the trigger on overlandgearguy's havelock wool option, but price is definitely pretty steep. I guess it's the price one pays for custom product.

I'd be particularly interested in the rear door and side barn door windows.
Also perhaps the front drivers and passengers windows ??

Thanks for the post - glad to support any kids singer sewing machine skills ! That's a dying art.
Stone cite, me too!!!

Glad to see everyone following. This is still on the list-- the Texas cold snap helped in terms of time indoors, but it also created a month or two of re-construction projects.

I am planning to use magnets sewn into the bottom edge for securing the lower portion, and tentatively planning on screw-in buttons for the top. Let me know any strong opinions or feedback from experience on those.

Fwiw, I have my interior trim panels off for some other interior work, and have asked the guys at the shop to glue a (ferrous) metal strip underneath the plastic window trim (not visible from inside van). You wouldn't have to take the panels off, but now that I've seen the panels come off, that's a much smaller deal that I used to think. Will keep everyone updated.
