Is this Aluminess worth anyhting to anyone?

I took this customize box and bike rack off to put on a new one. Does anyone have any interest in it?

It is for the rear passenger door. I'm in Portland and I was going to give it to whoever wants it. I'd prefer local obviously. I think it could be fixed but after reading posts from the more knowledgeable fab experts it also needs to be heat treated after welding.
