I do not have any rubbing. I do have 265/75R16 tires so that may also help compared to 33” or 35” tires. Quigley told me the reason for the bend was for legality/compliance with safety and crash laws that required the arms to have a crush area where the original arms were straight.

They can be configured a few different ways for pricing, but a set like this would be about $1000. And could go up or down depending on the links used.

Sorry man, never saw your response. That’s real close to what I’ve been quoted elsewhere for a similar setup. Im working at a shop that can build this kinda stuff now, so I won’t need any personally, but others interested in this mod should definitely utilize your offer!

Did you notice any difference after getting them dialed in? Seems to me that those over the c-channel setup would be significantly stiffer with less chance of flexing or twisting during driving. Like it would feel more planted at higher speeds. Any cons to your design that you’ve noticed?

I'm thinking it was a c-channel for it's ability to flex though, no? Maybe just box it in near the welds on either end?
