^^^ If your doing any repair to them make sure and box in the open part of the c-channel. Was told that was the main reason they were prone to cracking.

Sorry man, never saw your response. That’s real close to what I’ve been quoted elsewhere for a similar setup. Im working at a shop that can build this kinda stuff now, so I won’t need any personally, but others interested in this mod should definitely utilize your offer!

Did you notice any difference after getting them dialed in? Seems to me that those over the c-channel setup would be significantly stiffer with less chance of flexing or twisting during driving. Like it would feel more planted at higher speeds. Any cons to your design that you’ve noticed?

I'm thinking it was a c-channel for it's ability to flex though, no? Maybe just box it in near the welds on either end?
