I like the layout of the van. The interior looks clean and well optioned. And the fact it's low mileage, I can see why your husband and you like it. Just my opinion, but I think the van is worth in the $25,000 to $30,000 range. If you're not in a huge hurry to sell, come in high, like $33,000 to test the waters. If no nibbles after a week or so you can reduce the price.

I know that the photos are what you had or could take in a short time but I suggest more and better photos (well lit and taken outside) to put in any ads such as Craigslist. If you have a friend who's a good photographer all the better. Make sure you get it serviced (oil/lube/fluids) and drive it a bit so you can honestly attest to its current condition. Fix any minor issues. Test all appliances, stove, refrigerator, etc. before listing, again so you can honestly attest to their condition and, if necessary, fix any minor issues before listing.

Need help to sell Sportsmobile

^^ Totally agree about fixing minor issues. I hate it when ads say “simple fix” - if it’s so simple why didn’t you do it? A bunch of small non-fixed issues create an impression of poor overall maintenance of the vehicle and turn off potential buyers.

Again, thank you all for your help. I have sold my RV -- probably for less than it's worth, but it's so nice to get it out of the driveway!

Appreciate it!

I am interested in this vehicle.
How much?
Where is it?
Is it still available?
When and where can I see it?

Sometimes it's best to go for a quick sale and move on, especially if you have other things to deal with.

Another option is to rent while waiting for a buyer. There is a lot of demand for RV rentals right now. I am renting Vanessa here:

https://rvshare.com/rvs/details/1559792

RVshare is the most expensive (25% commission) and most advertised RV online rental business right now, but there are several others. I will let my renters know Vanessa is available to buy (for a high price) and who knows someone might fall in love with her. Part of my reasoning is that my new 4x4 sprinter Savanna could get totaled and then I still have Vanessa to fall back on.

Do you mind sharing approximately what it sold for? It will help future buyers and sellers to know.
