Olympian Wave 3 Heater

We used this heater for a couple of seasons and it worked really well in our V10 van, Beastie 2 (which we still need to get listed to sell!). We installed an Espar diesel heater in Beastie 3 so we don't use this one anymore.

The Olympian Wave 3 is a great size and takes the edge off a cold interior very nicely in a van, tent, or trailer. This unit has been really well cared for and always covered when not in use. The catalytic surface is in excellent condition and the heater works perfectly. A 1lb bottle usually lasted around three nights, using for the evenings and and mornings. We turned it off at night when under the covers.

Included options I had to buy separately are the legs, 90 deg swivel fitting, and 12" long hose and regulator. ($40 new cost). The included hose attaches to 1lb propane bottles. With an adapter (not included) it can be connected with a longer propane hose to a larger tank.

New cost over $250, Asking $140 plus shipping

Product Description

The Camco Olympian RV Wave-3 LP Gas Catalytic Safety Heater is an ideal secondary heating source. It produces enough heat to warm 130 square feet of space. The heater operates on low pressure gas and can be wall mounted or used as a portable unit. It is equipped with a 100% safety shut-off valve to prevent accidental non-ignitions fuel discharge. The built-in automatic Piezo electric sparker will last for 20,000 starts. There is no electrical drain or battery connection. The Wave 3 is adjustable from 1600 to 3000 BTU/hr. Catalytic heating is 99.98% efficient (flame type heaters waste up to 45% of all heat produced), resulting in a more efficient and low-cost heat

Great heater. I have one I use in the Oz Tent and it works well. Just make sure the van, or tent, is vented according to instructions. GLWS.

Hi Ray - I've got multiple uses for this… I'll pay full price and shipping. Can paypal via friends and family. And I'd like you to use my Fedex account to ship, is that good? I'll PM you my Fedex if you are OK with doing the fedex shipping. Let me know.
Cheers,
Mark

Ok Ray, time to get serious here: I'll pay $150 plus shipping, in cash, nothing bigger than a $50 and non-sequential. I'll have my people get hold of your people to make all the arrangements. Deal?
