Question Price Check: 2010 RB50 4x4 Diesel

I am going to be selling soon and am hoping to get some help figuring out a price. I've typed up a draft ad so I'll just paste that below. I'll be getting some good photos soon but for now you can check these out.

Edit: More photos here.

2010 Sportsmobile RB50 4x4 Ford E350 6.0L Diesel

This is an AMAZING van that still has lots of and lots of life and adventure left in it and is in great shape! I am the second owner and purchased the van in 2017. View the original build sheet here.

It is an RB50 floor plan on a Ford E350 6.0L diesel that has been bulletproofed (see upgrades section below.) It has just over 60,500 miles and runs great. It starts right up and there is no smoke in the exhaust. The seats in the van have always been covered. It has always run Amsoil oil. The van has almost always been stored covered and was always taken excellent care of.

Original Van Features
Electric penthouse top
Awning windows on both sides
SMB 4x4 system includes Warn locking hubs, Atlas transfer case, Dana solid front axle
Warch winch
Extreme air magnum onboard air compressor
46 gallon Transfer Flow diesel tank
Aluminess:
front bumper and grill
rear bumper
Deluxe box
Spare tire carrier with Trasharoo
Driver’s side ladder
Roof rack
Auto-retracting side steps
Bushwacker fender guards
5 led lights (2 each side + rear)
Front spotlight that rotates and is remote controlled
Passenger side motion sensor light for camping
Locking gas cap
All windows tinted
Retractable blinds on all windows
Comes with bug netting and front window cover for camping
2 80W solar panels
AGM house battery
Tripplite inverter
Blue Sea Systems Auto Charging Relay

Flat plate water heater
Amsoil Dual Remote Bypass System
Driver and passenger seats are both leather captain style, heated and have always been covered
Fiamma awning

Upgrades since 2017
Turbo Replace by Ford dealership in April 2017 (invoice available)
Bullet Proofed in May 2017 (invoice available):
BPD water pump
EGR cooler
New gaskets: egr cooler, turbo, fuel pressure regulator, intake manifold
New oil pressure switch
New oil cooler
New stand tube
Upgraded transmission oil cooler in August 2018 (invoice available)
New Motorcraft engine batteries (2) in May 2018 still under warranty (invoice available)
Upgrade all shocks to Fox 2.0 Performance - purchased from Sportsmobile and installed locally in September 2017 (invoice available).
Added Fox Steering Stabilizer in September 2017 (invoice available)
Upgraded stereo to AVH-4200NEX in September 2017 (invoice available)
Rear tires only have 3,000 miles

Known Issues
The Espar heater is not working currently. I’ve replaced the ECU, filters, controller, glow pins, and igniter with no luck. I’m sure someone smarter than me can get it working pretty easily.
The aftermarket (Compustar) alarm system is not working. The key fobs still work to unlock/lock the doors but the alarm function and the keypad does not work. According to my electronics guy, it just needs a new alarm “brain” that would only cost about $200-$300 installed.
CB Radio is not functional. No issues unless you want to to talk to truckers while you’re on the highway .

Do you want to sell it fast or possibly drag the sale out over months possibly holding on to the van over winter? Nice looking van by the way.

I'm not too worried about selling fast. Thank you.

Garage
Just from what I've seen in the last couple months, I'd start in the mid to high $80's (but, for that kind of coin I'd suggest you get the Espar fixed, Remove the CB since it doesnt work, and just replace the Alarm with a new one)...personally, hope you get more for it! Nice Rig...GLWS.

I agree with Twoxentrix and would push more on the high $80’s which would be a fair price and would sell quick. All the best on your sale.

Damn... almost a spare for me. You need to get to maybe a ThermoKing or other shop that can pull and get your furnace working cuz that's a big unknown to any buyer. Agree that you could just pull or cheaply replace the CB radio. Where is this one located? I need a bigger garage evidently so I can have a spare.

I'm looking at $95,000. Have had a lot of interest via private message. Microwave was removed to make extra storage.
