Pricing Advice

So unfortunately, it looks like I'm going to have to sell my rig, and I was hoping to get some input on what to price it at.

It's a 2006 E350 4x4 V10 with just under 163,000 miles. QuadVan in Portland did the 4x4 conversion, and Van Specialties did the interior: fully insulated with LED lighting, noise deadening material on sides and top, forward facing bench seat that folds into a bed (extension deck in back), auxiliary power/converter (two batteries mounted underneath), locking storage box that is accessed under the extension deck, large roof rack, aluminess mounted spare tire, and a new stereo system. The interior is practically brand new. Before doing the walls, I ran cables for a back-up camera and rear speakers--just never got around to installing them.

My plan was to finish building out the interior over time, but life apparently had some other ideas... I'd like to get $35,000 for it, but I'm not sure if that's a reasonable price (either too much or too little).

Thanks in advance for the help!

With no top (raised or penthouse) and no appliances (stove, sink, fridge, etc) in the interior, and the relatively high mileage, I think $35k is probably high... but you never really know with these vans.. maybe someone is looking for exactly that setup!

What do you think would be a more reasonable asking price?

A good resource is to look through the member classified posts on the forum.

Second round. You can see the locking storage compartment under the extension deck in the one shot.

This is a similar van, diesel vs. V10 though, priced at $35k. It's been for sale for a month and a half.

Keep looking for more vans that are similar, and look at how long it took to sell, that gives you a good idea. Also ebay 'completed listings' can be helpful.
