Probably not the one for you but there is what looks to be a well cared for clean '93 RB-30 for sale in Truckee CA, 4x4, small gas V8, I just took a quick look out my window last weekend, has been parked in front of the HS, $22k I think, looks to be capable of making someone a nice affordable home.

Hello Tom,
Thanks for letting me know, however Ive found an awsome 2005 4x4 EB with almost every one of my wants on the "list". Im loving the SMB life!!
Im sure if you post a good add for yours here you will get some action. There just has not been many coming up for sale lately.
