Well appointed , and If it looks good in person as the photos present, IMO that's a great price.

That's almost too good of a price, but it could be a serious score if accurately depicted and legit.

Trying not to be a smart ass....

Most popular layout... most desired motor....hard to find....many add-ons....

I’m guessing you are new to this.

^^^^^^this, plus^^^^^^
Already invested in many upgrades and costly maintenance (shocks, engine, has solar, propane, full compliment of Alluminess, stereo system w/backup camera, front winch, etc). Coupled with the fact its 4x4 and looks clean and well taken care of (subject to inspection obviously).
IMHO, Even if you had to dump $18,000 to replace the engine, I think you’d be at an acceptable purchase price for all it offers.

Agree...

If Belize is looking, this is it.

Under priced by 15k in my opinion.

Only thing not mentioned is whether it's on the original transmission or if it's been rebuilt/replaced.

Ron - I am new to this and trying to understand the pricing. The Blue book value of these older vans with miles is quite low (i.e 2007 van around 13k). I realize the 4x4 conversion and the pop top add 20k+, but with depreciation and use, that number should come down. The SMB conversion adds anywhere between 20k-30k, but again there is depreciation with use. I understand with perfect maintenance that the engine and transmission should last a while, but am having a hard time justifying 60K-70K for a 18 year old van with that many miles - there is a lot of normal wear and tear and a ton of unknowns. Were does the value come from?
