No worries and best of luck. There was recently a 2016 with less miles on Ex Portal. Not certain if it is still available or not. 5K or less miles average per year are rare.
Update to any interested: I did a stress test on the inverter and it threw a fault code so I replaced with a new Xantrex 2000XC and control panel. I will update the post soon. It is probably the most used item (hours) in the van since she is always plugged in when in the garage.
Also will post additional Hi-Res photos as many requested. I thought I had max res for the forum but see others that were able to upload better so I will post soon.
Thanks all for your interest...and please research financing if interested. Both close sales fell through due to finance issues. Cheers All

Correction to my miles statement - Just saw the sweet 2010 rig available from Mousefarm with only 61K miles. Check it out.

Updated Images, Price and Additions.

Update to Tatonka.
>Added Photos better for zooming in as requested. Sun came out in Seattle so I was able to take some better pics. Many more available of virtually every angle. I can email higher resolution than the site allows and/or video upon request. Let me know what you want to see or if you have questions.

>Please, Please have financing secured. As mentioned to a few: with the right contract/insurance/security I would be willing to carry up to $20K of the purchase price on a 5 year contract. I have that much confidence in the quality of my SMB. PMs only please. I am not a fan of social media so please try and keep public comment/postings to a minimum (Yes, I consider any publicly accessible/non-owned posted info social media). PM, Email, Text or smoke signals preferred...

>Pricing - Not trying to be unreasonable but a comment from another site chastised my initial price vs Class B RV's.
Happy to have that conversation (private to adhere to forum rules) if you really believe I am way off. Considering the price of new and recent sales I feel I am reasonable for a barely broken in 67K miles, seating in belts for 5, extremely well taken care of and well appointed SMB that is garaged when not in use. Has the V10 for reliability, storage/flexibility not found in many and is just an epic rig (IMHO).
I am not in a hurry to sell and want this to go the right person/family. Spring/summer is coming and demand is only increasing. A great investment for the right buyer. At this mileage enjoy it for two years and resell to the next family....or drive it forever.

With that diatribe most negotiations have settled at ~$70K so that must be the market. Adjusting advertised price to $70,000.

Changes since original post
As mentioned the Xantrex was aging and failed my stress-test so it was just replaced with a new Xantrex 2000SC with remote panel. 2 year warranty.

I noticed the plastic factory "kitchen drawer" also had a crack when I unloaded it so it is replaced with two full pull drawers and a bamboo cutting board. Always wanted to do this mod anyway to give me a cutlery drawer (shallow) with the larger catch all drawer. The original was way to short for the space and wasted valuable storage. Wish I had done this years ago...

Enough of an update. Thanks for looking and have fun out there!
